Whether it be developing a system to maximize efficiency in our (upcoming) advertiser marketplace or simply reminding us to choose the PBR (and not Corona) for company happy hours, Guru is right there leading the charge. Prior to joining SocialCash in 2008, Guru was responsible for developing test & learn cultures across three Fortune 500 companies during his time as an Engagement Manager at Applied Predictive Technologies. He is a BA Economics graduate from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar. Guru is a huge fan of analogies. And when we say fan, it means that he uses them to explain everything. Most of the times, they make a surprising amount of sense.
