Why it Matters
The standard invitation window is organized alphabetically; as such, users often just hit “skip” and the opportunity is lost. In play, only a user’s top 5-10% of friends could be considered highly relevant.
How it Works
BFF is driven by a complex algorithm that looks for key “sameness” metrics across a users social graph. This then assigns a friend score which identifies the top 20 friends in different clusters (city, school, sex, etc.)
93% Effective
Our field tests show that BFF is 93% effective in identifying a user’s top 10% friends. Furthermore, we’re constantly refining our model for improvement.
100% JavaScript
BFF does not require any server-side computation. The analysis is done through JavaScript in the end-user's browser.
